Teams, Zoom, and the Windows Camera app show “Camera not found” or “We cannot find your camera” on the HP EliteBook 630 G11. The Intel Core Ultra 5 125U model uses the Intel IPU6 imaging pipeline, which requires a specific HP-supplied driver stack that Windows 11 updates can remove.
Fix 1 — Check the Privacy Shutter
