The keyboard RGB on the ASUS ROG Strix G16 G614 is stuck, unresponsive in Armoury Crate, or reverts to a default pattern and ignores custom profiles. The Intel Core i9 13980HX model uses ASUS Aura Sync for per-key RGB, which depends on the ASUS AURA Service running continuously in the background.
Fix 1 — Restart the ASUS Aura Service
- Press Win + R → type services.msc → press Enter
